The State Program Manager is
part of the senior management team for FHI 360 Nigeria, in a
decentralized country management structures and forms part of the
strategic team that directs the operations of FHI 360 Nigeria overall.
H/she is responsible for program planning. Implementation, monitoring
and reporting of the interventions implemented by FHI 360 and its
partners in the assigned state.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
· MBBS
with 5-7 years relevant experience with international development
programs which includes 5 years experience with HIV/AIDS program
planning and implementation at the community or state level working with
public and NGO sectors
· Or M.Sc. social science, public health or related filed, MPH preferred, and a minimum of 7-9 years relevant experience as above
· Or B.Sc. social science, public health or related field, with a minimum of 9-11 years relevant experience as above.
· Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
The Senior Program Officer Will
work as a member of the program management Team, working with the
associate Director. S/he will provide oversight, coordination,
monitoring and reporting of all FHI 360 Nigeria activities in the
assigned states including frequent travel to the states covered.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
· B.Sc.
in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral
sciences or its recognized equivalent with 7-9 years of relevant
experience with international development programs.
· Or
M.Sc. in public health, business administration, health sciences,
behavioral sciences or its equivalent with 5-7 years relevant experience
with international development programs.
· Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
The Facilities Manager Will
ensure the smooth operation of the organizations office operations,
office facilities, suppliers and support services and ensuring the
public and staff areas of the office premises are kept in good order so
as to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency and the optimal
use of facilities. S/he will also manage the compilation and
maintenance of accurate inventory records in all state offices.
S/he
will supervise the verification of assets and ensure inventory data is
accurately entered into the FHI 360 Nigeria electronic inventory system
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
· MBBS
with 3 to 5 years post NYSC experience with at least 3 years
progressive experience in health systems strengthening, health
financing, human resource for health management or other related areas.
· MPH
or related degree with at least 5 to 7 years post NYSC experience with
at least 3 years progressive experience in health systems strengthening,
health financing, human resource for health management or other related
areas.
· Experience
in health systems analysis, health financing (including budgeting and
health accounts), human resource for health (including workload
analysis), and service delivery required.
· Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable
The senior Technical Officer (PCT) will
provide technical support to implement high quality care, treatment and
support activities with primary focus on clinical management of
HIV/AIDS including provision of Anti-retroviral therapy (ART). S/he will
also provide technical leadership and support to the implementing
agencies in prevention and mitigation at the state level it includes
supporting the implementation of prevention activities (sexual and
biomedical) and strategic behavior change interventions, testing and
counseling home based care, orphans and vulnerable children and other
community mobilization activities.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
· MBBS
with 3 to 5 years of progressive relevant experience in clinical care
with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti
retroviral the therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
· Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required
· Experience in project development with proven experience in the planning and facilitation of training is required.
· Experience
in large and complex SBC/BCC mobilization, activities in a donor funded
national health focused project is an added advantage
· Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health, systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.
The State Technical Officer for M&E,
under the supervision of the state Program Manager and with technical
oversight from the director of Monitoring and Evaluation, is responsible
for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for the
state office. The state technical officer (M&E) will work with
others in the state office and local implementation partners to ensure
that monitoring evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor
and project's M&E needs.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
· MBBS
with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with
a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti
retroviral the therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
· or
MPH or B.Sc. in relevant degree with 3 to 5 years relevant experience
in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with
provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource
constrained settings.
· Or
B.Sc. in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation
or in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in
monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with
provision with of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource
constrained settings.
· Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and GNOs and CBOs is desirable
The Facilities and Inventory Officer Will
work with the facilities manager in being responsible for managing and
coordinating office operations, office facilities, supplies and support
services and ensuring the public and staff areas of the office premises
are kept in good order so as to ensure organizational effectiveness and
efficiency and the optimal use of facilities. S/he will assist in
coordinating the compilation and maintenance of accurate inventory
records, and work with the facilities manager to carry out the

· B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Estate Management or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
· Or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering Estate management or related field with 1-3 years relevant experience.
· Familiarity using donor-funded procurement rules and regulations is an advantage
· Experience using inventory management software is an advantage
The Finance and Administrative Assistant Will
work under the direction of the senior finance and Admin Officer, and
will be responsible for the provision of accounting, administrative and
logistical support services to the state office
Minimum Recruitment Standards
· University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
· Experience with administrative and secretarial skills
· Sound accounting skills
· Experience with large complex organization is required familiarity with international NGOs preferred
The Administrative Assistant Will
work under the direction of the director and will be responsible for
the provision of administrative and logistical services to the
directorate.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
· University degree, recognized equivalent or HND
· Familiarity with administrative and secretariat skills is an advantage
· Familiarity with international NGOs is an advantage
· Experience with large complex organization preferred.
