Job Description:
- Manage and drive the marketing department and the activities of the team
- Drive the business development and marketing operations of the company to meet and exceed set targets
- Recognize key opportunities within various sectors and market our products all sectors
- Develop training plans for the formal and informal sector and enhance existing plans should there be a need
- Design and drive business development strategy of the organization
- Embark on research and development activities to continually identify business challenges and proffer solutions
