Position: Head - Admin/Human Resources QUALIFICATION:
As required by the regulatory authorities, Applicants are expected to possess the minimum qualifications duly enumerated hereunder:

A minimum of (5) years post qualification experience in a
microfinance bank or a financial service industry at a senior management level.
Other QUALIFICATION that may serve as an added advantage
to applicants include:
Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and
competencies in practical microfinance banking and has undergone the
Microfinance Certificate Programme and obtained a certificate in
Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of
Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)
Basic computer appreciation skills and ability to operate
Banking or Microfinance Banking software applications such "ORBIT"
developed by Neptune Software Limited.
Additional Professional qualifications such as MCIB,
ACCA, CIBN, etc
Position: Head - Internal Audit & Compliance QUALIFICATION:
