HEAD (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT) REF: BD
001
Candidate Profile:
· B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences, Insurance, Actuarial Science
or other numerate discipline
· Possession of a higher degree especially the MBA would be an
added advantage
· Should possess the professional insurance qualification
(ACIIN or ACII)
· At least 10 years relevant work experience
· Hands on experience in insurance sales, marketing and/or
underwriting
· Excellent report writing and presentation skills
· Will need to meet demanding targets, while working to
develop all channels of sales, including such emerging channels as online sales
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools MS Word,
Excel and PowerPoint
· Not less than 35 years old
BRANCH MANAGER (ABUJA) REF: BMA 001
The successful applicant will
expectedly have the following attributes
· A First Degree in insurance, actuarial science, finance,
business administration or any other related discipline
· Possession of higher degree, especially the MBA would be an
added advantage
· Part or full professional qualification (ACIIN or ACII) will
be an added advantage
· Have at least 8 years relevant work experience, most of
which should be hands-on experience in an insurance company or insurance
broking environment
· Have knowledge of the Federal Capital Territory and
adjoining State, with a proven ability to generate new business streams,
especially from the public sector and management of a large portfolio of
existing accounts.

The successful applicant will
expectedly have the following attributes
· A First Degree in insurance actuarial science, finance,
business administration or any other related discipline
· Possession of higher degree especially the MBA would be an
added advantage
· Part or full professional qualification (ACIIN or ACII)
will be an added advantage
· Have at least 5 years post- NYSC work experience, most of
which should be hands-on experience in an insurance company or insurance
broking environment
· Have knowledge of the Port-Harcourt market and adjoining
states, with a proven ability to generate new business streams, especially from
the Oil & Gas Marine, Energy Sector and management of existing accounts.
