JOB TITLE: Business Branch Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision and coordination of the sales force
• Business Development/Identificaticn of markets with business opportunities
• Implementation of marketing strategies
• Implementation of organizational policies and procedures
• Relationship Management
• Performance Tracking
• Ensuring operational excellence and service delivery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess a minimum of 1 year working experience as a Regional Branch Manager in a Microfinance Bank
• Qualification: B.A. BSc. or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical.

JOB TITLE: Marketing/Loan Officers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospecting for both loan and deposit clients
• Credit appraisal of loan processing
• Loan Monitoring
• Relationship Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess a minimum of 1 year working experience as a Marketing Officer in a Microfinance Bank or other related fields.
• Qualification: OND, B.A, B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Fmance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

JOB TITLE: Credit Administration Officers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Credit appraisal based on sound credit skills
• Verification of loan clients and guarantors
• Disbursement of loans
• Ensure compliance of credit policies and procedures of the bank
• Ensure proper loan documentation

REQUIRED QUAUFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Credit Administration Officer of a Microfinance Bank
• Qualification: BA, B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
• MCIB is an added advantage,
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

JOB TITLE: Information Technology Officers
RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLES:

• Assist in developing and implementing the bank's Information Technology strategy
• Support the administration and maintenance of user profile on the network using active directory
• Assist System Administration and support on Equinox Orbit banking software
• Setting up of Product classes ranging from Deposits to loan classes on Equinox Orbit
• Generating statutory reports and other reports as required by management
• Ensuring the maintenance and adequate back-up of the bank's database
• Support m developing and implementing the bank's mailing systems including the website and intranet
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the bank through the provision of cutting edge technology

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a good first degree in Computer Science or related field HND from reputable institutions
• Must have good knowledge of Equinox Orbit banking software
• Must have 2 years experience in the Information Technology department of a financial institution
• Not above 30 years

JOB TITLE: Territorial Coordinators/Regional Managers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESS

• Implementiqg the loan recovery policies and procedures
• Use of initiative to negotiate and implement the best recovery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years working experience in Loan Recovery unit of a Microfinance Bank
• Qualification: B.A, B.Sc. or HND In Business Administration, 8anking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
• Excellent communication, analytical and Investigation skills

JOB TITLE: Audit Officers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review of audit trail
• Perform compliance test on the policies and procedures of the bank and other regulatory requirements.
• Snap/spot checks on all deposit and loan clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess a minimum of 1 vear working experience as an Audit Officer in a mlcrofinance bank or other related fields
• Qualification: B.A, 8.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
• Excellent communication
• Analytical and Investigation skills
• Fraud and Operational Risk knowledge
